The study carried out with an objective to identify an internal control gene(s) suitable for gene expression studies during various boll developmental stages of cotton indicated that RNA Helicase and Ubiquitin? were ideal internal control genes. Although RNA Helicase showed some variation with reference to Ct value but it was the most stable as inferred from geNORM anr vsis.
