Doosan Heavy Industries plans to replace the old 13,000 ton press with a new 17,000 ton press. A company source said that the 13,000 ton press is more than 30 years old. The replacement plan was postponed by the global financial crisis caused by the 2008 bankruptcy of Leman Brothers.
