Field experiments were conducted during rainy season of2006 to 2008 at Agricultural Research Station, Sriganganagar (Rqjasthan) in afactorial randomized block design. The treatment combinations comprised three plant spacing (108 x 45 cm, 108x60 cm and67.5 x 60 cm) and three fertilizer levels (75, 100 and 125 per cent RDF kg / ha) with check RS 2013. Data averaged over three years indicated that the highest seed cotton yield was recorded with narrow spacing of 67.5 x 60 cm but it was statistically atpar with wider spacing of 108 x 45 and 108 x 60 cm spacing. Application of 100 per cent RDF (150 kg N and 40 kg P2Os I ha) was the optimum dose for RCH 134 Bt which was significantly superior to 75 per cent RDF and remained statistically at par with 125per cent RDF. The maximum plant height, bolls/plant and boll weight obtained under 125 per cent RDF and did not differ with 100 per cent RDF. Compared to hirsutum Bt hybrid RCH 134 with a variety RS 2013, RCH 134 gave 37.8 per cent higher seed cotton yield. Nutrient use efficiency was the highest in 108 x 60 cm spacing with 75 per cent RDF and maximum water productivity (Rs/ha/kilolitre of water) was recorded in 67.5 x 60 cm spacing with 125 per cent RDF.
