The equity interest in large scale metallurgical coal project, Tavan Tolgoi, in Mongol has been decided to be released. The Mongolian Parliament has recently approved to release 50 percent interest in the project. As a result within this year the release of the interest is expected to be realized. To be precise, the Mongolian Government from now will establish Erdenes-Tavantolgoi to become promotion body of Tavan Tolgoi project and to sells out 50 percent shares of the new company. The remaining 50 percent shares are held by the Government.
