Dutch consultancy PJK Int. has reported that stocks of diesel, gasoline, and heating oil held in storage tanks in the Amsterdam-Rotterdam-Antwerp (ARA) hub have risen to levels high enough to cause delivery backlogs. According to PJK gasoil stocks in ARA were up over 4% this week to 6.0MM mt (45.1MM bbl) which is 34% above the level seen in the same week last year. Data from Genscape says stocks of gasoline, naphtha, and gasoline blending components rose by 2% this week to 2.9MM mt (24.6MM bbl).
