摘要

Four bi-modified amphoteric oligochitosan derivatives were synthesized chemically using quaternization, sulfonation, and carboxylation. The anticorrosion characteristics and mechanism of anticorrosion of these four oligochitosan derivatives on Q235 steel in 1.0 mol/L HCl solution were studied by potentiodynamic polarization and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy at constant temperature. The results suggest that these derivatives are hybrid corrosion inhibitors in which anodic inhibition predominates following the mechanism of adsorption film formation on the surface of the metal. They all have their own optimal dosages for anticorrosion application. Their inhibiting efficiencies are closely related to the nature and the amount of heteroatoms in their molecules.
