摘要

Nanocrystalline dielectric thin films of (Pb1-xSrx)TiO3 were dip-coated on different substrates from highly stable precursor solutions derived from a unique metal organic system. Highly crystalline, fine-grained, uniform and crack-free thin films were obtained at temperatures as low as 450 degrees C. The structural and dielectric properties of the thin films have been investigated to study the suitability of the thin films for tunable dielectric applications.
