Hot diP galvanized sheet for car body Panel has an increasing requirement for its surface quality. There are three kinds of surface defects caused by the inaPProPriate steelmaking Processing, which are entraPment of mold Powders and bubbles, and involvement of inclusions. The characteristics of micro-morPhologies, and the chemical comPositions for these defects are investigated, and the formation mechanisms of the defects are clarified.
