Royal Dutch Shell plans to start delivery of LNG by trucks in India from its 5 million ton per year capacity terminal at Hazira in the western state of Gujarat. "Our LNG truck loading facility is being developed for gas customers typically not connected to the gas pipeline grid,” a Shell spokesperson said. “The facility allows small quantities of LNG to be transported overland via trucks to where it may be needed. ... We shall also cater to the LNG fueling stations for the transportation segment as they develop."
