China’s crude imports spiked by 1.02 million b/d versus October to 11.08 million b/d in November, although volumes were lower than in the same month of last year, according to Chinese customs data. October imports had been especially low at 10.06 million b/d, having plunged by 1.78 million b/d from September (IOD Nov.26’20).
