The UK’s competition watchdog, the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), has provisionally released utility Centrica and storage operator Centrica Storage Ltd. (CSL) from its undertakings on the 3.4 Bcm Rough natural gas storage facility as a prelude to its shuttering.
