The Petroleum Directorate of Sierra Leone (PDSL), in partnership with GeoPartners and Getech, has relaunched the country’s 4th Licensing Round. This includes a direct tender for licensing appli- cations where 50% or more of the area is in water depths of more than 2,500m (8,203ft), deadline 20 September 2019, and an open tender for other licence applications (deadline 22 November 2019).
