Thailand's state-owned PTTEP is divesting its 100% stake in the Montara field offshore Australia to Jadestone Energy for US $195m. The sale is in line with PTTEP's business strategy that aims to focus on the operations and projects in its strategic locations. The value of the deal will be adjusted for working capital from the operations until the date of completion this year, PTTEP noted.
