Qatargas has agreed to reduce monthly LNG deliveries to Pakistan State Oil (PSO) by 40% due to downstream demand disruption caused by Covid-19, according to reports, apparently to avoid state-owned PSO declaring force majeure (FM). Meanwhile, Pakistan LNG – the country’s other major LNG importer – told Gas Matters Today it is not looking to declare FM and expects to receive two LNG deliveries in April without any delays.
