China’s plate export prices have increased for a seventh week on theback of a strong domestic market in the country.Metal Bulletin’s assessment of prices for September shipments ofcommercial-grade, chromium-added plate was $490-500 per tonnefob for the week ended Tuesday August 1, up by $10-15 per tonnecompared with a week earlier.
