Seoul-Daelim Industrial Co. has received board approval to split the company into three firms in order to concentrate on each separate specialty area, according to several local reports. The new organization will include a holding company, tentatively named DL Co., a construction firm named DL E&C, and DL Chemical, which will be formed from the spin-off of Daelim's petrochemical business. DL Chemical will be wholly-owned by DL Co.

7. Using a unique dataset of joint-stock companies, we explore the corporate audit system in transition Russia.
