Washington-- WorleyParsons has received all regulatory clearance and approvals required for the completion of its planned acquisition of Jacobs Engineering Group's Energy, Chemicals and Resources (ECR) Division (PCN, 28 Jan 2019, p 2). Jacobs' ECR business provides a range of services, including engineering strategy and design, project and construction management, operation and maintenance services, mainly for the energy, chemicals and resources sectors. It has about 30,900 employees in 27 countries.
