Porvoo-Neste Engineering Solutions (Neste) said it has entered into a five-year partnership with Rejlers, an engineering consultancy firm, which will strengthen Neste's delivery capability and improve its focus. As part of the partnership agreement, Rejlers will acquire the Regional Business Unit of Neste, including operations and 333 personnel in Finland, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates, for €21-million. The transaction is expected to be completed no later than 1 Oct. 2019, subject to competition authority approval.
