Tamil Nadu- Southern Petrochemical Industries Corp. has awarded a contract to KBP for the revamp of its ammonia unit in Thoothukudi,Tamil Nadu, India. Under the contract, KBR will supply an ammonia converter basket as proprietary equipment for the project. Value of the contract was not disclosed.
