Oslo- Perstorp announced plans to "substantially" expand the production capacity of its non-phthalate polyester plasti-cizer Pevalen to 50,000 t/y from 2019 onwards. In order to achieve its goal, the company has entered into a long-term production agreement with Italian firm Alcoplast Sri.
