摘要

The effect of quenching rate on the medium range order of glassy AsxSe100-x (x = 20; 40; 50 at:%) has been studied by X-ray diffraction. It was noticed that increasing quenching rate leads to a significant change in the parameters of the first sharp diffraction peak of As50Se50, comparing with samples of concentrations x <= 40 at.%. The results were discussed on the light of network-connectivity transformations of As-Se system.
