Pittsburgh—The global refined copper sup- ply deficit likely reached 390,000 mt during January-September, according to prelimi- nary data released Friday by the International Copper Study Group. The supply deficit continues to grow, as the ICSG previously reported a deficit of 325,000 mt during the first seven months of the year and a 330,000 mt deficit during the first eight months of the year.
