Junior miner Arc Minerals has signed a six-month exclusivity agreement with mining giant Anglo American, allowing the latter to carry out a technical study at Arc’s copper-cobalt exploration licenses in Zambia. Under the agreement announced July 14, Arc said if Anglo found the technical review to be satisfactory, it could extend the exclusivity agreement and/or start negotiations for a commercial transaction.
