Cape Town—South African miner Gold Fields’ full-year 2019 gold production rose 8% year on year to 2.195 million oz, beat- ing the upper end of its guidance range of 2.130 million oz to 2.180 million oz, with all-in sustaining costs falling 1% year on year to $970/oz, while all-in costs fell 9% year on year to $1,064/oz, the company said Thursday. The Johannesburg-listed company said its total attributable gold production guidance for 2020 was 2.275 million to 2.315 million oz, with AISC expected to be between $920/oz and $940/oz.
