摘要

Rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS) is the most common soft tissue sarcoma in infants and children. Paratesticular RMS accounts for approximately 7% of all RMSs. It commonly presents as a painless scrotal mass, which is usually distinct from the testis. We report an unusual case of paratesticular RMS presenting with a giant abdominoscrotal hydrocele in a toddler. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first case of paratesticular RMS presenting with an abdominoscrotal hydrocele. (C) 2015 Elsevier Inc.
