Phase stability and transport characteristics of (ZrO2)(1-x)(Sc2O3)(x)(CeO2)(y )(x = 0.08-0.10; y= 0.005-0.015) and (ZrO2)(1-x-y-z)(SC2O3)(x)(CeO2)(y)(Y2O3)(z) (x = 0.08-0.10; y = 0.005-0.010; z = 0.005-0.020) melt-grown crystals have been studied after air heat treatment at 1000 degrees C for 400 h.
