If the future rests on the shoulders of the youth, then the Chi Association has a strong on the shoulders of one young breeder, Blair Bryant, of Arkansas City, Kan, In FFA, one of the many organizations Bryant plays an active role in, they teach that"Leaders aren't born, they're made." For Bryant, this means that becoming a great leader is an attainable goal for everyone. At the tender age of 19 this young lady is fast on her way to becoming one of the great leaders. She already displays a high level of professionalism and is as articulate as any seasoned speaker.
