摘要

In this work, the vegetation of the central valleys of Lima Department (Peru) is presented. As a result of the ordination of the phytosociological releves taken in the Santa Eulalia, Rimac, Chillon and San Bartolome valleys, 6 associations (Baccharido salicifoliae-Gynerietum sagittati, Equiseto gigantei-Salicetum humboldtianae, Caricetum candicantis, Matucano haynei-Tillandsietum humilis, Aristeguietio discoloris-Baccharidetum latifoliae and Jungietum axillaris), 3 alliances (Pityrogrammo trifoliatae-Baccharidion salicifoliae, Adiantion poiretii and Jungion axillaris) and 1 order (Baccharidetalia salicifoliae) are described. Likewise, 5 new subassociations, 5 communities and some phragmentary aspects of the vegetation (basal communities, BC and derived communities, DC) are commented. Also a preliminary map of the vegetation series of Central Peru is presented (Lima Department).
