LONDON (ICIS)--Oil futures rallied on Wednesday due to a considerable drop in US crude production, while stifled Venezuelan exports bolstered the global benchmark further. Reports surfaced early on from the US Energy Information Administration (EIA), which detailed lower forecasts of US crude production. The EIA revised down its anticipated output by 0.17m bbl/day, to 13.03m bbl/day in 2020, and traders eyed this by purchasing volumes during Asian morning trade.
