摘要

GL_2E_4s, C_(20)H_(28)O_8, Mr=396.2, synthetic cyclic lactone tetaepoxides, are classified into six diastereomers according to the relative configuration of our epoxy groups and exhibit the Ca~(2+) ion-transport activity in Membranes with each different potential. Three crystal structures of these diastereomers have been analyzed by X-ray diffraction and respective conformational features are described. Different molecular puckerings and crystal packings, which primarily resulted from different configurations of epoxy groups, are discussed in relation to their ion-transport activities. The possible interaction mode of GL2E4 with Ca2+ ions could be proposed based on the crystal packing.
