In this issue of Cancer Cell , Pathania et?al. report sporadic childhood histone K27M mutant malignant glioma mouse models that faithfully recapitulate the human tumor phenotypes. Beyond emphasizing the importance of correct timing in mouse modeling of cancer, these models will facilitate research to effectively treat this lethal childhood cancer. In this issue of Cancer Cell , Pathania et?al. report sporadic childhood histone K27M mutant malignant glioma mouse models that faithfully recapitulate the human tumor phenotypes.
