Industry participants continue to be surprised by the strength in the truck and trailer market with reports offairly strong demand in July. Although our sources indicate up to a 5% drop in year-to-date demand, the slideis nowhere near the 20%+ drop that most companies had planned for. CRU forecasts a 3-4% drop in 2017demand for rolled products from the North American truck and trailer sector.
