摘要

The study of the direct interaction in PDA medium or remote interaction between Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. radicis-lycopersici and T. harzianum revealed that the latter inhibited mycelial growth of the pathogen by more than 65% compared to the control after an incubation period of approximately 4 days at 25 degrees C. Beyond this period and after 6 days, T. harzianum invaded and sporulated on F. oxysporum f.sp. radicis-lycopersici colonies, revealing its high mycoparasitism. Transplanting of tomato seedlings in a mixture of perlite inoculated by F. oxysporum f.sp. radicis-lycopersici and T. harzianum reduced Fusarium crown and root rot incidence compared to seedlings planted in perlite inoculated only by the pathogen. Seedlings planted in perlite containing the pathogen and the antagonist showed greater vegetative growth and a more vigorous root system compared to the healthy control plants (not inoculated and untreated)..
