Global Cloud Xchange (GCX), a subsidiary of India's Reliance Communications, said it is developing the Eagle submarine cable system which will connect India with Hong Kong in the East and with Italy in the West.Key partnerships are being finalized and vendor selection discussions are underway with cables targeted to be ready-for-service by the end of 2020.
