OBJECTIVE. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the diagnostic value of in vivo MR spectroscopy (LAIRS) with semilocalization by adiabatic selective refocusing (semi-LASER MRS) in differentiating clear cell renal cell carcinoma (RCC) from the non-clear cell subtype.
