Away of precisely controlling the width and composition of indium nitride and indium gallium nitride nanowires has been developed by researchers at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) of Cambridge, USA. MIT says that the technique enables the production of complicated nanostructures that can be optimized for a given application.
