Brazil’s state-controlled Petrobras expects to agree the sale of just one refi nery by the end of this year, rather than the fi ve targeted, a senior company execu- tive tells Argus. Only the 333,000 b/d Mataripe plant is expected to have a sales deal in place, the executive says. Petrobras has been in exclusive talks over the refi nery with Abu Dhabi’s state-owned investment fund Mubadala since July.
