Two Iranian tankers in Paranagua Bay of Brazil’s southern coast are awaiting a federal supreme court hearing to see if they can load bunker fuel for their return journey. The Bavand and Termeh, both owned by Iranian frm IRISL and operated by shipping frm Sapid, have been stranded since early June, when they sought to refuel after discharging urea cargoes for Brazilian frm Eleva.
