Lorraine has worked for a number of botanic gardens since starting in horticulture in 1985, including the Royal Botanic Gardens (RBG) Kew in the UK and the RBG, Sydney. She has worked at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens since 2005 and is Curatorof the Conservation Collections and Subantarctic Flora.Natalie has used her qualifications in horticulture and botany to follow her passion and work with plants. She has worked as a horticultural botanist at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens since 1997. Natalie has worked on Macquarie Island three times, in 2009, 2013 and 2017. She recently returned to Hobart after three months based on the Island harvesting seed for the Tasmanian Seed Conservation Centre.
