Frequency Driving Control System Study on Belt Conveyor Based on Long-Term Transmission Inverter

摘要

Along with belt conveyer power continuous increase, original CST drive or inverter drive type of the belt-conveyer are unable to adapt to the development trend. According to this situation, a new driving mode that is based on the long line transmission belt conveyor drive system is put forward in this paper. Based on transmission line theory, a long-term transmission driving system of transmission line model and variable frequency drive system model are established. Simulation and analysis of the above two kinds of system model and the influence of motor end voltage of various factors are carried out with the help of MATLAB simulation software. According to the result, the control system for driving belt conveyor based on long-term transmission inverter can transmit the parameters exactly and run reliably, besides, the system can not only achieve energy saving, but also certificate safety and efficiency.
