Today,the problemof thebitumenapplication in poor quality road construction-challenges the engineers therefore, differentmethods foritsmodification are looked for. The diversificationof the Russianeconomy andthe risingrate ofthe recycled waste collection sharply raise the question ofapplication ofrecycled cartires. The use ofcrumb rubberobtained by theprocessingof rubber prod-uctswas put in practice since 60-ies of the last century; however, there is no consensusonthe solution ofthis problem, because each technolo-gyrequiresadaptation to the newmode ofits application. One of the mainrea-sons for its technological non-universality isrevelation of temperature-time mode of preparation of composite rubber modified bitumen binder under thes-pecificconditions of this material application.
