摘要

Barium strontium titanate borosilicate glass ceramics in system 64[(Ba_(1-x)Sr_x)·TiO_3]-30[2SiO_2·B_2O_3]-5[K_2O] 1[La_2O_3] (x = 0.0, 0.1 and 0.5) has been investigated for the fabrication of high density capacitor. The value dielectric constant of investigated glass ceramics was found to be the order of 23655 and its dielectric loss was observed to be 0.1. The high value of dielectric constant was attributed to space charge polarization between the glassy matrix and polycrystalline phases. This investigation confirms also the double relaxation in ferroelectric barium strontium titanate glass ceramics. The doping of lanthanum oxide in investigated glass ceramics enhances the dielectric constant and acts as nucleating agent for crystallization for glasses.
