Abstract xml:lang="de">Im vorliegenden Beitrag werden die Ergebnisse experimenteller und numerischer Untersuchungen des Verformungsverhaltens von Sand unter zyklischer Beanspruchung mit Polarisations?nderung vorgestellt. Es ist bekannt, dass bei einem Polarisationswechsel die Akkumulationsrate sprunghaft ansteigt. Mit Fokussierung auf dieses Ph?nomen wurde ein umfangreiches Versuchsprogramm am Einfachscherger?t mit ver?nderbarer Lastrichtung durchgeführt. Dabei wurde die Abh?ngigkeit des Verformungsverhaltens von Amplitude, Lagerungsdichte, Normalspannung, ?nderungswinkel, Zeitpunkt der ?nderung und Variation der Amplitude detailliert untersucht.
