Global Cement (GG): What prompted you to write Gypsum Industry Focus 2030? Joe Harder (JH): I've read many gypsum market reports over the years and have been shocked by what some of them contain. The information can be poor and generally doesn't justify the price. This is why a client asked us to conduct some original research in this area in mid-2019. This acted as the starting point for a much wider multi-client project that morphed into Gypsum Industry Focus 2030 (GIF 2030).
