摘要

The paper includes considerations on the Polish Cadastral System. The aim of the research was to find the most adequate way for a correct estimation of that system, in order to establish the optimium conditions for implementation and functioning of the Land and Building Registration in Poland. The methodology was based on a comparison between the present possibilities offered by the Cadastre with the needs it is supposed to meet. The results of the research show that the differences between the actual state and the Cadastral data amount to ca. 20%. The results of the studies revealed also the differences between the Land and Mortgage Registers and the Cadastre concerning the same real estates. The Polish Cadastre exists in its general form, but the degree of its realization is too low to ful fill the requirements.
