摘要

We developed a new electric inertia control system for the input shaft of a drivetrain bench. It is based on shaft torque control. We realized electric inertia control by the feedback of the rotational speed. The newly developed control system utilizes shaft torque control based on a μ-synthesis approach, a robust control. In addition, this system applies a low-pass-filter, parameters that are calculated automatically according the set inertia and the shaft torque controller characteristics. Thanks to this shaft torque control and filter, it realized a wide range of inertial setting and stable control nearly free from the change of the response waveforms brought by the inertia of the testing subject.
