KALAMAZOO,Mich.-Veteran petroleum engineers Tim Brock of Brock Engineering,LLC and Doug Elenbaas of ElEnergy Consulting,LLC are once again teaming up to offer a series of natural gas storage schools,hosted by the Michigan Geological Repository for Research and Education(MGREE)facility at Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo,Michigan and the Midwest Region of the Petroleum Technology Transfer Council(PTTC).Brock and Elenbaas conducted the first of three courses they have scheduled this week,from Sept.10-12,and will return to the MGRRE in October for a one-day”Risk Management in Natural Gas Storage”course on Oct.15 and a”Natural Gas Storage Operators”course on Oct.16 and 17.Brock noted recently that the Oct.15 risk management course is a new offering,intended for individuals seeking to deepen their understanding of risk management and best practices.
