摘要

The conditions for elastic matching of heavily twinned ferroelectric phases R3m, Cm, and Pm in (1 ? x)Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)TiO3-xPbTiO3 solid solutions at room temperature are analyzed within the concept of zero-net-strain planes. The results of the investigations are presented in the form of diagrams of the concentration parameters of individual types of domains (mechanical twins) of coexisting phases separated by interfaces being zero-net-strain planes. The conditions for constancy of the above-mentioned concentration parameters at the coexistence of the R3m — Cm, R3m — Pm, and Cm — Pm phases in the range of molar concentrations 0.23 ≤ x ≤ 0.30 are discussed.
