The Membership Subcommittee of the Young Leaders Committee (YLC) is chaired this year by Zo-heir Khademian, an associate service fellow at NIOSH: Ground Control in Pittsburgh, PA and co-chaired by Laura O'Connor, a rock mechanics engineer for Sibanye-Stillwater in Nye, MT. This subcommittee is responsible for managing the application and review process, reaching out to potential new members, and engaging with all YLC members, alumni and current.
