Women in Mining (WIM) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to promoting and progressing the development of women in the mining and minerals sector in the UK and abroad. It was established in 2006 by a small group of women who used to meet monthly for a glass of wine to network and share their experiences of working in the mining industry
